ABOUT KEVIN

Your Candidate for Borough Assembly

Kevin McKinley here for you as your candidate for Fairbanks North Star Borough, AK- Borough Assembly. I’m a local business owner/entrepreneur raised in the great state of Alaska. My humble beginnings start out in Kotzebue, AK where I first discovered my natural talent for and love of being an entrepreneur. I started by selling comic books at the age of 9 and at the age of 27 started my current business, Body Piercing Unlimited and Tattoo. I have loved serving Fairbanks and the State of Alaska over the lifetime of my career and I hope to continue offering the quality services to my home state. I would love to use the knowledge that I’ve built up over the years to serve on the Borough Assembly.

In addition to my business ventures I have also given my time to Al Aska Shrine. I’ve had the opportunity to meet Shriners from all over Alaska and other states as well as international guests. I consider it such an honor to have been able to represent our great state through Shrine.  My fiance, Beth has a project that I have helped her with as well. She has been working with an organization called Vested Interest in K9s that assists state and local law enforcement agencies nationwide by providing bullet and stab protective vests for the working K9s. I am thrilled to say that her efforts have helped purchase well over 20 vests. I have loved helping her raise the funds that provide such an important tool for our K9 Officers and their dogs.
